I need help designing a tattoo!?

Sso ifilled out an online application like three days ago.. And today icalled and talked to the manager. She took down my name and everything and told me she would look at my app. Then she asked was my number the same as on the app.. And isaid yes. But she havent called back or anything... I am working on a online version of a will and last testament. I am really only concerned about appointing a Guardian for my children in the case that something happens to my husband and I.
