  Joseph graduated from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and CPA Accounting. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Mr. Discepola worked as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co. in Manhattan.

  After working on Wall Street for two years, Joseph went on to pursue a joint degree (JD/MBA) from the University of Miami. While pursuing his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, Joseph made the Dean's List, received Honors in Litigation Skills, made it to the Quarterfinals of the 1L Moot Court Competition, received The Monmouth Bar Foundation Scholarship in 2005, 2006, and 2008, and was awarded Dean's Cup MVP in 2008.

  While pursuing his MBA from the University of Miami School of Business, Joseph was awarded the Emery Means Findley, Jr. Endowed Graduate Fellowship in Business, received an honorable mention award as a finalist in the Leigh Rothschild 5th Annual Entrepreneurship Competition, served as the Vice President of the International Business Club, and represented his cohort as the Liaison for the Graduate Business Student Association.

  Over the course of his four-year joint degree program, Joseph gained a variety of work experience. In the summer after his first year of law school, he worked in the University of Miami's Children & Youth Law Clinic as a public interest fellowship recipient. During the fall of his second year, Joseph clerked for the Honorable Jacqueline Hogan-Scola in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Criminal Division. In addition, Joseph was involved in the Center for Ethics and Public Service - Street Law Program as a Katsman Fellow, where he taught law classes at Coral Reef High School from 2006-2008. In the summer following his second year of law and business school, Joseph worked in the tax department of Burger King Corporation at their corporate headquarters in Miami. In the summer after his third year, Joseph worked for Lomurro, Davison, Eastman, & Munoz, a full service firm in his home state of New Jersey, where he had the opportunity to work on criminal, family, and personal injury cases.

  During the second half of his joint degree program, Joseph worked as a personal injury law clerk at Marc A. Kaufman & Associates in Fort Lauderdale, where he gained valuable civil litigation experience. Upon graduation, Joseph joined Marc A. Kaufman & Associates as an associate personal injury trial attorney.

  In March 2013, Joseph moved to Miami and joined the law office of Alan Goldfarb, P.A., where he continues to focus his practice to personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
