There is a simple answer to this - DON'T.. . Email is not an appropriate way to make a job application. Sure, many people do so, but they're not the ones who get the job.. . A nicely presented letter and CV will have far more impact.. . Do a letter, and address it to the correct person - a telephone call to the company will soon reveal who is dealing with applications. If you find the persons name, you end with "yours sincerely", if you do the sir/madam bit, then you end "yours faithfully" - "regards" is for less formal correspondence.

My mom passed away in December. My sister was power of attorney while mom was still with us. She is now executor and the Trustee of our mom's trust. A will exists, which states that our mom wanted everything to be split equally between her four kids. From what I understand, the trust was set up so that nothing had to go to probate. This being the case, does it make the will irrelevant? Should the trust list all my mom's kids as beneficiaries and indicate the same information that's in the will (or refer to it)? I'm not sure If only my sister is listed in the trust as a beneficiary, or if she, myself, and my brothers are all listed as beneficiaries. Sister is very narcissistic, and is not being very transparent. Can I find out who's listed in the trust as beneficiaries from someone other than my sister? She acts offended if you ask her anything about it. IF she was the only one listed in the trust as a beneficiary, are me and my brothers potentially screwed, even though our mom's will and desire was EXTREMELY clear? Our sister "helped" with the process of getting the trust set up while our mom was in hospice after several strokes, so my mom may have had no clue as to what was actually taking place. I'm wondering if my sister didn't have it set up to list her as the sole beneficiary. This is all very confusing and stressful. I'm pretty much wracked with anxiety and stress right now. HELP!!!.

On the flip side people often have to worry more about their wishes to refuse treatment not being respected. For example Uncle Rudy who clearly stated he did not want CPR only to be have chest compressions for 1/2 hour. When they finally stopped he was still alive, but brain dead. They put him on a ventilator and he died a long, drawn out, miserable death that cost his family a blood fortune in medical expenses. And after his family was bankrupt they system picked up the tab.. . Then there was my friends mother who had renal failure. Despite the fact she declined dialysis in her living will the hospital gave her "emergent dialysis" when she was found unconscious in her home. When she improved enough to asked to be taken off dialysis they called psychiatry in saying they felt like she was suicidal b/c she wanted to stop dialysis.

Sure you can do that. You do it when you sign the marriage license of the certificate.

I am a consultant who specializes in MS Access database applications.. . I can send you a marketing brochure and references if you need them.. . I also have some screen shots of various applications to assist with deciding how you want this to look and feel.. . I would be happy to assist you with this project.
