The company just phones me up and says due to a glicth in their computer my monthly bill has not been . done for the past 7 months , how would i like to settle the account.. Do I ask them to swallow the past 7 months or negotiate a lesser amount due to the fact that i cannot pay the amount in one shot nor do i feel this is my problem. I am considering cancelling all further business with them because of this . What are my obligations and theirs in dealing with this??.

I would go on the Internet. If you look off into Microsoft's office word templates there's many of cover letters there you can use as the template. . I just do a basic search of free cover letters for your consulting company. . Good luck when your journey have fun
