google is you friend - but unless an attorney that represents you vets the letter, it will likely not stand up in court when you need it most.. . and if you are going to have a lawyer vet it, you might as well have him write it because he will have to rewrite the one you give him anyway.

Karen Questioner . 1234 Yahoo Street. Answer, YA 12345. . Dear Ms. Questioner:. . For a business letter you only need to use regular plain white paper like the kind in your printer.. For a very nice formal letter you may use a better stock paper...one that is thicker and more expensive and the letter should be typed.. . If you meant to ask what is the basic layout or form for a business letter, You failed miserably.. I should hope that if you ever do have to write a business letter your meaning will be more clear and have better grammar usage.. I would also suggest you apply yourself more than you did here in this forum. I wish you luck in the future with your goal to learn how to do things properly. Thank you for trying to educate yourself.

I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.. . "FIGHT ON"

Estate tax is a federal tax imposed on a decedent's estate to the extent it exceeds the estate-tax exemption in the year of death. The number of beneficiaries is irrelevant. Using your example: if your parents' estate were valued at $2 million when the survivor of them passes, and the then current estate-tax exemption were $1 million, WITHOUT proper planning, the estate tax would be $345,800, based on a $1 million taxable estate. WITH proper planning, however, the estate tax would be $0, as both husband and wife would take advantage of their own estate tax exemption, saving the estate, and ultimately the heirs, over 345 grand!. . Where husband and wife have "simple" wills, that is, all to the survivor at the first death, and then to the kids, the estate-tax exemption of the deceased spouse (first spouse to die) is wasted. Using your scenario, the surviving spouse with assets of $2 million will get only one estate-tax exemption at his or her death. Of course, if the couple were worth less than the estate-tax exemption, all of this would be moot.. . That said, it is IMPERATIVE your parents work with an attorney, competent in estate planning, to make sure their documents (wills, trusts, etc) provide for the estate-tax exemption for BOTH of them. Given your reference to working with a professional, they may have this strategy in place. While HOW it's done is beyond the scope of this Q&A format, for informational purposes - or if you want to Google it for more info - it's called a Credit-Sheltered or Bypass Trust.. . Estate tax was repealed for 2010, and, unless Congress acts, reverts to $1 million in 2011.

On page 2, create the "inside of the card," again at the bottom right corner (you will have to edit the design and words that are already there from pasting).. . When you're ready to print, print only page 1 of the document. When the printer ejects the print, turn the page OVER or FACE DOWN and then turn it AROUND 180 degrees so that you can see the page 1 printout in the top right corner through the page.. . Insert the paper back into the printer just like that - face down with the image already printed showing through the page in the top right section of the page.. . When the second page prints, fold the paper into 1/4 sections and see if the designs are well aligned in their corners of the page. If you're satisfied that the graphics and words are balanced on the page when folded, you can delete the lines you created and print the card without them so they look as "professional" as possible. Now you have a template for your future home-made cards.. . Note: The printer will ask you if it should print the page even if the margins appear to be to narrow or something like that. Just select YES when that dialogue box appears. If you find that your printout cuts off some of the graphics or words, do not adjust the margin but move your design and words further in toward the center of the page. You'll have to experiment with that. You may find you have more control of the card-making process if you use TEXT BOXES instead of trying to place the words directly on the page.. . Congratulations if this helps!
