how to write a covering letter for job?

what are the 3 indusrtry specific characteristics that would help you work more effectivly.

Hi, I have an Access 2010 database with a table for products, suppliers and order-details. I have a form based on the order-details that works well for selecting products based on the supplier selection. Where I?m struggling is that when I select a product in the order-details form the price doesn't display even though the item has a price in the products table. I have a join between the products, suppliers and order-details table that works perfectly for selecting suppliers and limits the list of products to the selected supplier. What I want is when I select a product the price will automatically populate, so far I can?t get this to work. Any ideas?. . Thanks.

No. since when I saw your question I noticed that there were two incorrect answers, I have answered your question in rather extensive detail. If you have any questions related to this, just shoot me an email.. . While gene order and which strand is used as the template are related, you have to look at each case by case. For example let's look at three or four types of situations. I'll start with some bacterial examples and then move on to nucleated organisms.. . For the first consider a group of genes in a bacteria that are coordinately expressed. In many cases the easiest way to do this is to have a bunch of genes expressed from the same promoter, and have them lined up in a row. This is called an operon. In this case all of the genes are on the same strand. The usual example for this is the lac operon, or the trp operon in E. coli. There are numerous other examples too. I studied nitrogen fixation, and in M. maripaludis there is a nitrogen fixation operon which has pretty much all the genes you need for nitrogen fixation controlled in this way.. . But, since bacteria usually have a single circular chromosome, then for all the genes to have the same orientation on the strand would mean that all genes would be lined up, and this is just not the way it works at all. Yes, many genes may be organized for coordinated expression, but there are many different orientations for genes and operons, and they change strands frequently. I included a pic of the HSV genome organization below, but bacteria look essentially the same, just more genes (and harder to see in a single picture).. . As for nucleated organisms the same thing is true. I have included the gene organization of some protochordate here that I found on the net. It has this caption, "Dense packing of exons (red rectangles) in the Oikopleura genome. The region with a yellow frame represents one of numerous operons." So here you not only have operons but also introns and exons too. And again you can see the frequent shifting of the strand used as the template strand. There are some nucleated organisms, like the parasite that causes african sleeping sickness, that do not have introns and exons, and many of the genes are organized to be on the same strand, but there is still lots of strand switching. The structure of the genome for the parasite was cover topic for Science magazine in July, 2005.. . As for mammals, well the same is true. You can see this by going to the last link I have here. It shows the genomic organization of mouse chromosome 4. If you play around on this page you can see that while some genes are pointed in the same direction, others are not.

I'm a new Real Estate Agent and I have to find a Broker, I need to know what are the fee's that brokers charge when you sign with them. Are there any standard fee's ? please let me know.

. I wouldn't explain anything on a resume. I would place necessary explanations in the cover letter. Avoid trivia.. I think I've heard that an employer will spend about 10 seconds on a resume & a decsion is made as to hire you or not. I looked for about 30 seconds, beginning with neatness, spelling, format, and then what was written.. . Employers are people & therefore have different ideas. Numbers 1, 2, & 3, are my thoughts on what I would want to see and I have hired many people. If you are looking at a govt job, they may wish to know about every sidewalk you shoveled or yard that you mowed as part of your employment history.. . Good Luck.
