If it's an employment sponsor, you receive a letter in the mail (NEVER email) from the Home Office Border Agency. Your sponsor is the one who needs to apply for a Certificate of Approval from the Home Office to offer you any job - this process takes about 12-14 weeks. Then if it is approved, you will receive an original letter at home which contains your unique reference number and a phone number of the British embassy/consulate in your country for you to call and schedule your appointment to come in and get fingerprinted and photographed and turn in your passport. Until you receive this letter in the mail, there is no guarantee the sponsor will be approved. . But the government just announced Friday new restrictions on immigration effective immediately. They are only giving 24,100 visas to foreign workers over the next year, and you need to be highly educated and highly skilled to be approved. If you do not have at least a university degree and several years of management level experience, your sponsor's application will be rejected. . If this is for a nanny job, then you definitely will not be approved as that visa was cancelled in November 2008 due to the expansion of the EU and the number of available nannies from Eastern Europe who don't require visas.

I'm pissed off because I feel like he is taking advantage of me. He found out he was one of my first clients too

ha ha. . i found this ironic: your nick is "love" so don't worry..that will change after marriage..it does it automatically. :). . xx

We have to apply by writing a letter to our headmistress saying why we want to be house captain and what we could offer and why we'd be good etc.... It has to be handed in tomorrow.

Dear all,. I am going to apply for car loan from bank , In that they had provided me bank agreement copies to sign. . In that I found "Vehicle surrender letter from the customer" which is nothing but the handling over possession of my Vehicle.. in such case I could not understand , why they are taking such declaration in advance is it necessary to sign this document?.

I have a younger brother who is autistic. He is rather high-functioning, but not completely independent. We are only two years apart, but my worst fear is that I will die prematurely and he will be left alone in this world. My Mom is still pretty young, in her 50s, but of course my brother and I will most likely outlive her. We have no other siblings, and we don't really have any relatives that understand him enough to be able to take care of him.. . Luckily, I am blessed with good health, but there's no promise of tomorrow. So I would like to find out what kind of resources there are out there for my situation. I don't even know where to being. I do know that I do not want him becoming a guardian of the state.
