He is the one who explains the law and how it applies to your situation, and tells you what you can reasonably expect, in or out of court.? The best attorney explains the “cost” (in dollars, time, and stress) of pursuing your legal matter.? He then lays out the strategic plan tailored to your particular case.? You, the client, can then make an informed decision.

I'm not sure about the name change process in Pennsylvania, but there are ways around it so you can change her name. First and foremost you have to have sole legal and physical custody with him having NO visitation rights. It also helps if he has never been in her life at all or is a criminal of some kind. Also, if you "don't know where he is". What I'm saying is, if you live far away from him and have no contact (even if you do know where he lives) you just say you don't. From there it's just a matter of following the states name change procedures. If you can aford one, you may want to lawyer up to help you with the paperwork.

What is the process of acquiring reference letters for recruitment? Do I have to have multiple letters? And do the letters have to be from women in a sorority from the specific school?.

What are some key differences between the US and Tx Constitution?

Anyone know of a website I can get free templates from? Specifically for an independent contractor contract? I haven't been able to find anything good enough....

I am doing a project and I want to know how, when soldiers died, their families were notified in WW1 (British soldiers). If it was by telegram is there a British Telegram Template I could use?.

I am in the process of establishing a bookkeeping business. Terms establishing an agreement with respect to services and fees will be detailed in a Letter of Engagement that will be signed by the client as is similarly done by lawyers, tax accountants, and other professional service providers. I've searched the web and can't seem to find any templates or prepared forms for Letters of Engagement, designed specifically for bookkeepers or freelance accountants. Can you direct me?.
