Hi everyone,. I am a new sales manager at a hardware wholesale Company. The company had a customer, a retail store owner. The customer was loyal but slow in paying his account. . Last year a new credit supervisor became impatient with the customer because of an overdue balance and wrote him a threatening letter. He paid immediately but highly indignant and placed no order since. All efforts to pacify him was unsuccessful..
