changing names?
Education. Nursing School 2001-2003. Any Nursing School Anywhere, AW. 1) assisted with patients. 2) another thing you learned. 3) another thing you did. . Clinical Experience . Where your Experience is from dates. Anywhere you did it the city & state. 1) like minded activities - patient care. 2) like minded things - facility/infection control. 3) CNA Cert. 4) CPR Cert. . Interests. Babysat for niece, assisted with the care of grandparent, hiking, biking, learning new things, skiing, (get where I'm going with this). . Education, Clinical Experience, Interests would all have the same font, size as the word Objective up at the top). for the education, you want to format it so the "nursing school" and dates are on the same line, but opposite justified (or tabbed/indented) (nursing school on the left, and dates on the right). instead of the 1), 2), etc, you would want to make them bullet points.

Question about college applications? And acceptance letters?
I've only changed my name for marriage reasons, and it hasn't been too much of a pain. My employer was good about changing it, and when I went back to school I was able to change it on all of my information. Even my transcripts from the college I graduated from had my new name on it after I changed it with the Alumni office. . Once you change your social everything can basically be changed over to the new name, because that's you now...and no one asked me why I changed my name, I expected some people to be like "oh you got married?!" but no one seemed to care.. Just don't make a big deal about it, be clear and straightforward. If people see you act uncomfortable when telling them you changed it, they'll think something interesting happened. If you're just like "Yes, I changed my name." Period. They'll just move on... At least that's what I think.... . EDIT: my grandmother has changed her name 3 times (once she even changed her full name the first time she got married....first, middle and last) and as far as I know no one has had issues with it....
