  For example, a new client may come to Gomez & Simone who has recently had his or her home sold at a foreclosure trustee's sale and has just received a Three Day Notice to Vacate and an Unlawful Detainer Summons & Complaint. G&S would immediately swing into action in Unlawful Detainer ("UD") Court to stop or suspend the eviction proceedings. In most cases, the firm would then file a Wrongful Foreclosure lawsuit in unlimited civil court. Thus the client would simultaneously be the Defendant in the UD action and the Plaintiff in the unlimited civil case. Depending on the situation and the desires of the client, G&S might also file a bankruptcy case at some point, usually a Chapter 7, to eliminate most if not all of the client's debts and immediately stop any eviction proceedings for up to the duration of the case. (Chapter 7 cases generally last from 3 to 6 months.) Sometimes the best solution is Chapter 13 bankruptcy, which typically lasts five years and protects the home from foreclosure as long as the client makes his payments. Mine was positive as soon as I took it, the vertical line was less definite than the horizontal one but there was no mistake to it. I am very pregnant of 8 months now.. Depends on what you want. If you want a large firm to handle the design and landscaping, or an "handyman".
