  • The primary goal of Patricia Bone O'Neill, Attorney at Law is to provide compassionate, responsive legal representation. Those seeking legal counsel, generally, and especially in the area of family law, are hurting emotionally. Based on personal experience, Patricia knows the heartbreak and pain that accompanies difficult times, whether it be a divorce or helping an elderly parent who cannot take care of him/herself. Our goal is to help our clients get through this difficult time with as little stress as possible.

Another goal of the law firm is to provide quality legal services at a reasonable cost for medium income people. Most people do not budget for a divorce, or a child custody issue, or for a parent with a debilitating illness or dementia. Nevertheless, these contingencies occur. The firm's goal is to offer competent legal services to those suffering these unfortunate events without causing further distress by charging exorbitant legal fees.

The firm promises to perform legal services in a competent and ethical manner. The firm focuses primarily on the practice of family law, including, but not limited to, dissolutions of marriage, paternity actions, child custody and support, domestic violence restraining orders, stepparent adoptions. The firm will also handle probate guardianships and conservatorships. Should clients require legal assistance in other areas of the law, such as estate planning, unlawful detainers, and other civil litigation matters, the firm may provide services in those areas on an limited basis.

As another area of focus, Ms. O'Neill serves as a mediator in a variety of matters. She has taken several courses in conflict resolution and has been able to implement her knowledge in volunteering as a settlement conference judge for the Fresno County Superior Court, Civil Division. She has served as a mediator in several dissolution of marriage actions and as an arbitrator in attorney-client fee agreements.

How do I sell a car in Lousiaina that is registered to my parents in Florida?

Can any one help me with some places to download free web templates? What about free front page templates?.

Can anybody tell me what is the correct format for a letter of application for a job?

Not sure what you mean about the alias statement because that would not apply to you. That only applies when you are using a name other than your birth name and have not had it legally changed...this is legal but should be reported as an alias to agencies such as the IRS and the Social Security Administration.. . Now, as for the passport and any other documents that you apply for going forward they should have your new name and only your new name. You may have to provide a birth certificate in some instances to apply for certain documents like a passport but that doesn't mean they will put your old name on the document your are applying for.

General Powers of Attorney, allow the bearer to act in any need for the owner.. . So you would either need a Special Power of Attorney that is specifically for getting a lease on an apartment, or an General Power of Attorney, that allows you to do anything in his name. Depending on where he is, he may have access to a legal office that can do the power of attorney, and then he can mail it to you. If that is not available where he is, then you will have to wait until he comes home (obviously unless you already have the POA needed).
