    a long letter

if i am going to write a letter to my employees informing them of a layoff? what should i write?

I remember reading a case study in class whereby a car company stated that they will look after your cars when in the carpark. A thief managed to get a fake ticket and gave it to the cashier and was able to retrieve the car. The car was later found damaged. Note that a sign outside the carpark said "We do not take responsibility for damaged cars etc". . Anyway, in one of the judges judgements, it was found that the Car company cannot counter sue because they did not keep the car safe, as they stated in their contract. If the car was damaged in the actual carpark, then they would be free. But because they did not live up to their side of the contract (looking after the car), the owner of the car got paid in damages.. . My point is, if one party says that they will do something in a contract, and they don't do it and they attempt to sue, it would be unlikely that they would succeed.. . This said, if a person signs a contract without reading the full capacity of the contract, it is irrelevant. That person is still bound by all the terms and conditions even though they did not fully understand.. . This is Australian jurisdiction though, im not sure if the same rules apply to your country.. . It seems like you have a good case, i would try to contact a lawyer and im sure they can give you more information.

I want to use my own domain name.
