Im thinking we need something drastic to get america back on track. Cut taxs for everyone and over time introduce a flat tax at ten percent while rolling back other taxes such as the inheiritance tax. No more dedctions or friends of politicians, everyone pays corporate tax of 10%. Same with income tax, minus those in poverty. Cut some of the social programs that may be nice, but cant afford, like planned parenthood. Slowy reform medicare and social security. Not by cutting benifits for current beneficiaries or upcoming ones. Cut taxes and fees for small buisnesses and they will create jobs, cut corporate taxs and they will expand, cut income taxs and americans will invest. These are the basics of the plan, dont want to bore you with the whole thing, Social issues should come later but are still important and as for security, remain strong with our allies, keep a strong military and help those who cannot help themselves without spending too much. And, if you think that will never happen, just one severe injury or long term illness can change all that.. . An uncontested divorce or paternity action need not require the two of you to hire attorneys. You need only find a Certified Mediator, hack out the agreement, in detail, file it with the court, and set a hearing date. On that day the judge will swear both of you in, ask if you both agree to the terms set down in the document, than everyone signs it. Generally, there is a 30-60 day waiting period for the document to be recorded with the county and state registries.. . The mediator will be a lawyer or paralegal, with specialized training. Each of you MUST pay half the fees. The fees could run from $200 to $1000, depending on the going rates in your area, and time spent on the document. Court fees could run $50 to $150, but if you are tight on money, you could request a waiver.. . These are the things you NEED to cover in the document.. . CUSTODY. Soul Custody. Joint Legal Custody. If my mother in law were still alive, she could do the same bringing the total up to $48,000. Since she died in 2008, can my father in law still give us the $24,000 gift on behalf of my mother in law (as if she gave us the gift before she passed) and his $24,000 gift as well ($48K total)? And then give the remaining $2K gift next year?
