  Vicki received an Associate in Applied Science degree, with high distinction, from the University of Minnesota-Crookston. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of West Los Angeles. Vicki received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St.?Paul, Minnesota. She is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Vicki is a member of the Wisconsin School Attorneys Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In October 2008, Vicki became President of the Wisconsin School Attorneys Association.
