  Don and his wife, Patricia, have been residents of Eau Claire since 1976. Don prosecuted criminal cases as an Assistant District Attorney for Eau Claire County during 1976 and entered private civil practice in 1977.

  Don is a member of the Eau Claire County Bar Association (past president) and the State Bar of Wisconsin.

  Don is currently on the Board of Directors of the Bolton Refuge House and on the Board of the REACH Foundation.
