Depends on how the form is made. Are you using a client-side form (bad idea) or a server-side form? If server-side, is the form processor also to be uploaded and used or is the form being processed elsewhere on another server?. . If you have a paid account, then it should be easy to get the form online since you will be allowed use of SendMail, PHP and a databse. If a free account, the form will not work using server-side unless you have a form processing file also to upload.. . I love messing with stupid people. My ex took my last name. You should've seen the looks on their faces!!! Priceless. The funny thing is, I was able to change mine at the divorce, no problems.
