I'm a Notary but I don't know what you're asking. A letter being absent for what? BTW the notary can give you a Jurat for your letter but they can't write it for you so whatever you need to write just write it. And then see a Notary and ask them for a Jurat (not an acknowledgment) because you're basically swearing that the information in the letter is true & accurate.
