Usually the templates can be quite complex to customize fully. especially when it comes to forms.. They are made very well by professionals and can be hard to get your head around how they work.. I think they rely on this, then they get you comming back asking for help.. Expecially if its created by "Flash" your going to need the correct program to be able to edit them, and a normal html edit won't do it.

How do you write an Authority Letter?

Any advice would be helpful.. Come on guys... I know someone can help!.

Two months ago I applied for a credit card and to my surprise I found out I had a collection notice on my credit report. It was filed for collection in 8/2005 and prior to that I had been called by people and sent bills. I told them I wanted documentation of the debt since I never attended the school it was from and had instead attended another. I'm almost positive we had to make deposits before hand and if you keep them why would I be then liable for anything related to my cancellation? My mistake was that I didn't write it all down or send an actual letter requesting verification of debt as at the time I didn't know the rules. (I know it's not an excuse) It's no surprise I never received the documentation I wanted, but after that call the collection agency stopped bugging me. I was naive and assumed they had dropped the matter since they issued no response and had stopped calling me saying that I owed anything.. Unknown to me my parents started payment on the account since I had just graduated high school and was still living with them, but they stopped payment only paying $50. Money was very tight and still is.. Fast forward 4 years and we have not heard from them ever since until now. I saw the credit report asked my mother about why it said $50 had been paid and I was told the full amount had been paid off by my father. So I contacted them to fix the error. They said otherwise and I went back to my parents and found that my father had only made one payment and my mother had not known. I have since received a 72 hour demand letter. Whatever paperwork I could have signed would have been in PA and I live in NJ. Does the demand mean they are going to sue me or are they just trying to scare me into paying when I still don't even know what the bill is for? Can they still sue me after this long?.

We live in Utah but we are getting married in Idaho therefore we are going up to Idaho tomorrow to apply for our marriage license. I called and asked what I needed and they said drivers license and social security card. Not a problem for my fiance but I lost my social security card awhile back and I cannot find any paper that has my social on it. I have it memorized tho so will that be enough? I don't know what else to do. Thanks.
