• Christine M. Hernández, Esq., is a senior attorney with Hernandez & Associates, P.C. She has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2005. She is currently Vice-Chair of AILA National's Removal Issues Committee, member of AILA National’s 2013 Annual Conference Committee, and Chair of AILA Colorado's Member Services Committee. She is also a member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and the Rhone Bracket Inn of Courts. She has represented immigration clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as the 9th and 10th Circuit Courts of Appeals.
