Questions about modeling?

I posted this the other day but I don't think I was very clear about the whole picture so I will try again. My daughter came to me about changing her last name to my husband's. She is the only child in the family with a different last name. She has not seen her father in 8 years. We were never married and he has never legitmized her. I am trying to find out if I need to have him sign anything or can I do it without his consent? She doesn't want to be adopted just name change..

they require you to bring documentation of the name you want to use.. . All you need to do is switch to the way you've indicated. Your legal name for Social Security and your license or passport will remain as you established it after your marriage, but at work (except on your paycheck) you can use your husband's name as your last name and simplify things. Ditto in your personal life. This is not a big deal.

Cover Letter Help?

what should I write? a letter to disenroll my kid from daycare?

If you aren't 5'8" they aren't going to consider you for modeling anyway so you don't even need to mention it.. . Just write something about your name, where you are from, how long you've been studying, where you've taken classes, and the types of roles you've already been booked on.
