A property purchase is usually the single most important legal transaction (asside from marriage) that a person can do. Why would you put your faith in something you found for free on the internet? If you go to an office supply store, you will at least stand a chance of getting something that will stand up legally in your State, & it should only cost about 20 to 30 dollars.

Judgments are not self collecting. Often the collection is more difficult, expensive & time consuming than obtaining the judgment itself.
