ve really been dreaming about and it's something that you're willing to work for if you have to. this always worked on my parents when i was younger :)

I'm afraid you are going to have to give some more detail about exactly what you want.. . I'm guessing that you might be a residential landlord and that you want a letter to inform a tenant that you require possession of the property - what's commonly called a s21 notice. There is no set form for this to take. All you need to do is to make it clear that you require possession. However, the most important thing is to get the dates right.. . The date you give for possession cannot be before the end of any fixed term that may be running. If you give the notice during the fixed term you have to give at least 2 months notice. If the fixed term has already ended when you give the notice then a statutory monthly tenancy will have started. The date you give must give at least 2 months notice and it must be the last day of a tenancy period.. . The periods of the tenancy start on the day of the month that the original tenancy started, and run until the day before the same day next month. Eg, if the tenancy started on 21st January then each period runs from the 21st to the following 20th (21st August to 20th September, 21st Sep to 20th Oct, etc).
