Even if you are a hunk, there's a lot (& I DO MEAN A LOT!!) of good lookin' young men & women trying to get discovered as model &/or actors in "The Big City" that are working as servers, cashiers etc waiting for their "Dream" to come true. Your odds are extremely low that you'll become a professional model earning a living strictly from posing for pics, probably about 1 in 100 million.. Go to junior college work on bringing your GPA up in order to be accepted by an university and get a good education, you'll glad that you did 10 years from now.

The will does specifically state what to do with the trust... so your question is helpful.. Coragraph - you are mostly correct.. However a will can modify a trust... I know that for a fact.. . My problem is the trust was modified in 2002 along with a rewrite of the will, and the will states the trust language specifically.. . The trust does not spell out a damn thing other than if I die.. I agree that there shouldnt be conflicts unfortunately I believe this to be a badly written trust..

My mother in law has my husbands power of attorney right now. We are having twins and I was wondering if it should be transfered into my name. He is in the military and leaves about two months before I am due. there is also no guarantee that he will be able to come home and I was wondering about tricare because you need to be the power of attorney to enroll the kids and you only have a finite time to do it. and what type of power of attorney do i need?.
