  • Jim Wamsley represents companies in high-technology patent infringement litigation in courts throughout the United States. His cases frequently focus on electronics or computer-related products and technologies such as digital cameras, cellular telephones, semiconductors, televisions, computer interfaces, and software-based systems.

Jim has recently represented companies such as Sprint Nextel and Eastman Kodak in a series of complex patent infringement cases involving large numbers of asserted patents or parties. For example, Jim led the representation of Kodak in three cases against a competitor in the digital camera business in which more than 50 patents were at issue. That case was resolved by settlement after a three-day Markman claims construction hearing and a month of depositions taken in Japan. He also successfully led the defense of more than 35 companies sued in the Eastern District of Texas in a case in which the patentee stipulated to a judgment of noninfringement after the court issued a claim construction ruling favorable to the defendants.

Jim is a member of the AIPLA and has been a speaker at the annual meeting of the Association of Corporate Patent Counsel.

How To Write a Formal Letter To a School Principal?

Stern and Smith's baby, 6-month-old Dannielynn, are in the Bahamas, where the child was born three days before Daniel's death.. . Seidlin on Friday ordered Stern to appear at a Tuesday hearing to take up the burial issue. His lawyer, Krista Barth, argued unsuccessfully to have Stern appear by video phone from the Bahamas, where he is caring for Dannielynn.. . A decision about releasing Smith's body for burial isn't likely until next week.. . Meanwhile, a court-appointed administrator, Shane Kelley, was to interview the parties and recommend to the judge who should receive Smith's remains.

What happen if we use joomla club template without buy it?

Note before we get started. Between each step, allow all paint to DRY for at least 2 hours. Also, ALWAYS paint in a well ventilated room or environment.. . The first thing to do would be to paint the ceiling a sky blue then, for the effect of both the clouds and the "nighttime", find a sponge, a large sea sponge works best in my experience, and dab the ceiling with the appropriate color.. . for the "Nighttime" which should be the second step in the process, feel out your own artistic eye but use a dark blue/purple color in the corners of the room to give the impression that the skylight is darkening at the edges of the room. next, the clouds. I would use a second sponge for this as it can be difficult to wash out a sea sponge with any major effectiveness.. . To create the clouds, purchase two forms of white paint, the first should be a matte white and the second should be a super mega ultra glossy kind. First, dilute both the paints with water in an near 50/50 ratio of paint and water. use the matte paint first and dab the clouds you would like to have. Second, dab the high gloss paint over these areas sparingly.. . Once the clouds are dry comes the stars and night sky. Depending on how much time you have, this can be really easy or mildly complicated. the really easy way is to purchase some glow in the dark paint and paint hundreds of tiny circles all around the room. The other way, which is essentially he same thing, although more accurate to the actual night sky would be to find an ovehead projector and project an star map on the ceiling, painting it over with glow in the dark paint.. . As a final step, any stars that are "in the clouds" dab lightly with the high gloss white (again, diluted) and allow to dry.. . TA-DA you has a Stary day/night sky.. . EDIT: This is my boyfriend's answer. My best answer was "um.... glowy paint or something?"
