I'm in the USA and wanted to mention that any agreement is written by you and your attorney. Here we have no intro letter because that company is advertised on the radio, tv and by mouth. You can certainly have a website though.. . I wanted to mention that you "might" have a choice in India, idk. the old way of doing it here back in the 1960's was where the INDIVIDUAL (pearson searching for a job) paid the HR company for their job (after they got the job) and made three payments. Then in came a law banning that and since the 1980's where I live now the law was that the EMPLOYER pays the HR company. I find that when the employer pays the HR company then there is discrimination. And I find that when the individual pays then employees are happier. Check the law where you live as to what it allows.. . I don't know if "Manpower" denotes temporary work or permanent work, here there are both kinds of companies for office workers, plus two additional companies, one is for doing industrial work and has temporary workers and one is for workers who would do construction, dig ditches and such. so you'd need to decide which you would be doing when you register. You can't do all because each one in itself is very time consuming.. . In addition, here in the USA before you register and before you can get a loan for your business you'd need to have and submit a 5-year business plan.

?? You can't seal a change of name, it's a nonsense concept. The whole POINT of a name change is to use the name in dealings with others, how can you seal that? In any event, creditors and others need the ability to trace your original name.
