Help writing letter to decline scholarship...?

I'm 23 years old and I have graduated college with a bachelor's degree in corporate communications. I'm pursuing a career in public relation. (currently trying to move from retail ) I have done 2 public relations internships and I am currently doing one now. I am also an assistant manager at a clothing store. So anyway, I would just like some feedback/criticism on my cover letter:.

Im not sure which of those answers apply, but the assimilation model states that the first modern humans did evolve in Africa, but when they migrated into other regions they did not simply replace existing human populations. Rather, they interbred to a limited degree with late archaic humans resulting in hybrid populations. In Europe, for instance, the first modern humans appear in the archaeological record rather suddenly around 45-40,000 years ago. The abruptness of the appearance of these Cro-Magnon people could be explained by their migrating into the region from Africa via an eastern Mediterranean coastal route. They apparently shared Europe with Neandertals for another 12,000 years or more. During this long time period, it is argued that interbreeding occurred and that the partially hybridized predominantly Cro-Magnon population ultimately became modern Europeans.

I tried downloading the court form templates, and I'm having problems filling them out. It's a pretty straight forward dissolution, and I think I could handle filing it if I had a little bit of help. Every attorney I have talked to wants like a 2500 retainer. All I want them to do is review the forms to make sure I'm doing it right. I would be doing all the leg work.

Yes, it would lower malpractice insurance costs for individual doctors, but that doesn't mean it would lower health care costs for all of society. If bad doctors face less consequences for medical mistakes, there would be more medical mistakes. And medical mistakes are extremely expensive to correct or treat. It is much cheaper to have a few lawsuits by comparison and get that bad doctor out of medicine so he can go and get his real estate license.

hi, im in an english class, and i am doing a debate against health care, i heard that they had really bad coverage and that they can give you the cheapest medicine they want, and you cant argue,,, is this true? any other information against national health care would be great! thank you in advanced.
