• Tim Fraelich's primary area of practice involves trademarks, including trademark infringement and dilution, trade dress protection, unfair competition, deceptive trade practices, and right of publicity law. Tim has more than 15 years of experience in global trademark clearance, brand development, portfolio management, and client counseling. He has represented clients in courts throughout the U.S. and before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Additionally, Tim frequently drafts and enforces post-employment noncompetition covenants designed to protect the confidential information and trade secrets of clients.

  Tim was involved in recent cases concerning products such as banking services, beer, video games, drainage pipe, magazines, toys, cutlery, software, and a variety of other consumer products. i need some where were i can make a free website.

A friend of mine bf tried to commit suicide last Saturday night by taking pills. While in the hospital the next day and still confused as to where he was, his mother had him sign a power of attorney form. She said sign this and he did, even when 5 minutes prior to that he thought he was on a cruise ship. I think that that is not a legally binding agreement here in Michigan because he was not mentally competent. I am worried that if the mother starts more crap, that she will bar my friend from seeing her bf. Both my friend and her bf are in their late 30s but both of their mothers still try to run their lives, go figure. . Is there any way that this can be voided or is it not enforceable since he was mentally incompetent?.

You are more or less correct in your analysis, except that Labour would be just as bad as the coalition. If you look at what they do and listen carefully to what they say it is obvious all three main parties have exactly the same policies, they only differ in how to implement them.. . Therefore I wholeheartedly support your call for no one to vote for any of the three main parties, there is no possibility of a government acting in the interests of the UK while any of them form our government.. . You may have a point about the EU, however they seem even less competent to me, much of what irks us the most in the UK derives from EU directives. Like all the health and safety hysteria, the climate change hysteria that will eventually put 90% of the population into fuel poverty as it is calculated now, like the change in our legal system from the common law which says anything not proscribed by law is legal to Corpus Juris which says only those things allowed by law are legal and not to mention the total dogs dinner they have made of the Euro crisis. Never forget they are willing to impoverish the whole of Europe if necessary in order to achieve their over-riding central policy of creating a Federated States of Europe, run by unelected, altruistic, self-appointing technocrats in the supposedly best interests of all. Democratic accountability is in the European Parliament which is able to advise, not direct, the Commission and the Council of Ministers would be abolished once federation was achieved as no longer being necessary. If only people would take a few minutes to research the history and the progress of the EU they will clearly see that from its inception it was designed to eliminate democracy and to be a template for one world government. Two world wars in a quarter of a century had convinced the architects that democracy was too dangerous, it allowed people like Hitler to seize power and nation states were inevitably in economic competition which must inevitable lead to war thus both nation states and democracy must be eliminated.. . I must also take Josh up on his points regarding political accountability. If you think voting for one or another political machine every four or five years on the basis of manifestos that consist of vague, ill-defined promises, and often totally ignore points of serious public concern, promises that are often intended to be kept in spirit only or in truth never, ever kept, but they sounded good, or are in reality intended as placeholders for something they know the public won't like but intend to do anyway is a safeguard, then I would count you a fool. As to the residual powers the Monarchy has there is no chance they would ever be used short of a government trying to take over in a coup d'etat and even then it would doubtful. Certainly if the monarch ever tried to use those powers they would quickly find they no longer had them. Perhaps if we had a Tudor restoration we could have an influential monarchy but there would no chance under the house of Windsor.
