How's my Cover Letter?

CBCS is a collection agency.. . Order your credit reports from each CRA to see if CBCS is reporting.. . Send a debt validation request to CBCS within 30 days from receiving their letter. Do not sign your letter to them and send it certified mail return receipt.. . If you know is not yours or find it isn't yours after you receive their letter, then after receiving their response send them a letter stating it is not your account, that they must remove anything that they had placed on your credit reports (if they are reporting) and that they must cease and desist (C&D) any further contact to you concerning that alleged debt. (there are sample C&D letters that you can probably Google and use, just make sure it's a "free" sample letter template). Or, you can click on the last link I've listed in my profile on here to a free credit discussion board and find a free to use sample letter template.. . If you know it isn't your account, more than likely the collector had only sent it to you because you were the closest match.. Your name is similar to the real debtors or your address is similar or your SSN may be close. They often don't care if they get the real person or not, as long as they think they can intimidate "someone" into paying.

I want to know how I should put my education down on a resume. I'm looking to either get an entry level position or an internship at a hotel. I'm planning on writing a resume and handing it out to a few hotels. I'm currently attending college and taking classes in hospitality, I want to to make it clear I am getting an education in the industry so that I can stand out and have a chance of getting hired. I don't have any real job experience, just one internship at a signage company, which is why I want to emphasize my education. Should I write it down on a resume or a cover letter?.

they push interest only loans because they can keep the payment lower and get you hooked into one. as rates rise if it is adjustable you will be in for a shock. you are also not building up equity. it is only a good idea if you do not plan on living in the house for more than a few years.. . the compound interest thing sounds like nonsense. you would have to describe it more.
