I am starting a traveling photography business. I come to you, instead of you comming to me. I need order forms, forms where I would list what pictures the customer wants taken, sales forms, I need a contract form for the business to fill in and the business and customer to sign. Any kinds of forms that you think I might need to get up and running. I specialize in Weddings, Proms, Family and Individual Photos..

don't simply restate what he/she has already written.. . Unless it is absolutely relevant, do not refer (either in a direct or implied reference) to the applicant's race, religion, national origin, age, disability, gender, or marital status.. . Don't be too brief, but be succinct and make every word count. Generally speaking, a letter of reference for employment should be one page

Don't sweat about how you found out about the position. Stuff like this are guidelines but not laws on what you have to write. Its Ralph Lauren, they know how you know about them.. . Try :. I am contacting you to inquire about modeling oportunities with your corporate services. I am very interested in the possibility of associating myself with a well known and respected organization such as Ralph Lauren Polo Company.. . Just an idea, the rest looks really good. You may want to follow up by phone about a week after you send it if possible(an email if phone is not possible) . . Just introduce yourself, say you have sent your info and that you were wondering if anyone has had an opportunity to review it. This will bring yours out of the huge pile and make someone look at it.. . If no one has looked at it, or they are still reviewing it, try again in one more week. Then in two weeks after that. If you have hear nothing by then, you have to leave it up to them.. . if you do get the change to talk to them, make sure you send a thank you email within 24 hours after the interview. This can just be thank you very much for your time. And if you are stil interested, take the opportunity to note that you are even more interested in working with them after the interview.. . Good luck to you, I hope you get a chance.

This first letter back from them is just a standard response, and can safely by ignored, just press on with your claim.. . The steps to follow are given below, for you, proceed with step 2 14 days after the bank received your first letter.. . 1) Send the bank a letter asking for them to refund your charges, giving them 14 days to reply.. . 2) Send the bank a Letter Before Action giving the bank one last chance to refund your charges before you take court action, giving them 14 days to reply.. . 3) File a claim in the small claims court. The claim is served on the bank 5 days after its submitted. The bank then has 14 days to acknowledge the claim. If they don't then after the 14 days from when the claim is served, you can request a Judgement by Default, and win the case. If they do acknowledge the claim, then then have another 14 days (making 28 days after the date the claim was served on the bank) to file a defence. If they don't then you can again request a Judgement by Default and win the case. If they file a defence, then a court date will be allocated and the bank will back down at some point before that date, they won't go to the actual hearing. Either way, you will win, its just a matter of how much time it takes, but that depends on how the bank behaves.. . Up until you file the claim in court, just ignore all communication from the bank unless it makes an offer of full settlement of your charges, or an offer of part settlement you are happy with, as they will just be standard responses designed to delay things and put you off carrying on with your claim.. . Make sure you send all letters to the bank, and later court, by recorded delivery, so you have proof they are received, and more importantly, the date they were received. All the deadlines start from the date the bank received your letter, which you can get from the tracking section of the Royal Mail website.. . Full guides to each of the steps are on my site below, which explains each step in detail. There are also template letters you can put your own details in and send to the bank (in your case look at the Letter Before Action letter for the next step).. . The site is free to use.

what are some websites for free movies you can watch online? i mean the movies that are out at the cinema now or have been out recently :) thanks.

Internships are actually the best way to find out whether or not you'll like a career. Try finding a law firm that deals with real estate law as well as corporate law and see if you can get on with them as a summer intern.. . Most people think they either want criminal or corporate law when the consider becoming a lawyer. That also changes once they start finding out how much more there is out there, but there are still plenty of corporate lawyers just like what you're suggesting. Some are specifically contract lawyers while others deal more with corporate litigation. There are many options and internships both as an undergrad and also as a law student are crucial to helping you decide the right field as well as the right firm.
