  • Heather M. Nosko began her career at Lake Toback in 2003 as a law clerk, and became an associate in 2005. She received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Science in 1999 with honors from the University of Illinois, and her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, in 2005 from DePaul University College of Law, where she focused her studies in Family Law. During her undergraduate experience at the University of Illinois, Ms. Nosko spent three years as a legal advocate for the North West Center against Sexual Assault specializing in the area of domestic violence.

    While at DePaul, Ms. Nosko was a member of Law Review, awarded numerous merit awards including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in both Legal Writing and Contracts, and also spent a year as a clerk in the Office of the Honorable Moshe Jacobius, Presiding Judge, Domestic Division, Cook County Illinois, during which she assisted several judges in the Domestic Relations Division with legal research and draft opinions and orders.
