help writing cover letter?

This is to change the name of a minor child, but I assume the process is very similar and probably about the same cost.

I currently a high school senior and I am considering getting my real estate license over the summer. As a incoming college student I see an opportunity to sell apartments to fellow college students, have knowledge of how to buy my future house, and have the ability to sell future house to high school and college friends. I don't plan to work full time but to sell on an occasional basis when the opportunity presents itself. I've heard some of the basics qualifications and necessary steps needed but I am still unsure about much of the process. As far as I know there is class I can take either online or in person that costs anywhere from $500-$1500, then I would need to be signed to a brokerage where I would work. It would be great to hear from someone who has been through this process and has some experience. If you have any tips, guides, or helpful advice that would be great to hear.. . Thanks, Zach.

I am writing this letter to inform you that I have now ended my full-time education. Following this, I am also now available to work longer shifts for you if you require my services.

I suggest you have a look at the website listed (I've only given a small snippet) and make sure all documents are certified.
