If you have 2 powers of attorney like 1 from 2006 and 1 from 2007 which is legal?

My cousin died and her son planned the funeral. It was all of 15 minutes. The grave side service was clocked in around 10 minutes. Maybe he was going for the Guiness World Book record?

There is no conflict. But just in case, disclose it.

So I have just completed this job application and I am wondering if i should include a small letter with it simply stating "please find enclosed my completed application" is this okay to do? And if it is okay how should I end it?
