I made a template for the background of my site, I drew a text box for it..but how do I code it so it serves as a place for text with a scroll bar. and put it on my site?.

A friend of mine bf tried to commit suicide last Saturday night by taking pills. While in the hospital the next day and still confused as to where he was, his mother had him sign a power of attorney form. She said sign this and he did, even when 5 minutes prior to that he thought he was on a cruise ship. I think that that is not a legally binding agreement here in Michigan because he was not mentally competent. I am worried that if the mother starts more crap, that she will bar my friend from seeing her bf. Both my friend and her bf are in their late 30s but both of their mothers still try to run their lives, go figure. . Is there any way that this can be voided or is it not enforceable since he was mentally incompetent?.

what is a letter template?

An entrance letter for what purpose? College/University application? Job interview request? What goes into it depends on the recipient and the situation. . Basic information such as who you are and why you are writing are the usual framework around which to work, for example, requesting an interview/let me send you my resume :. . "John Doe, a business aquaintace of yours, suggested I send you a copy of my resume. I understand such-and-such a position is open at your company and feel my experience and quallifications would be a great match...." etc.. . Most colleges and universities have guidelines they want you to follow and should include those requirements somewhere withing the initial application itself.. . These websites offer tips and templates for cover letters and may be of further use.
