Is there a program for making wed form. Say for instance a contact form for a wedsite. A program the does the scripting for you, but the webpage is still customizable in dreamweaver. I am having a hard time making my contact form work and frankly i am tried of trying. I am tutorialed out.

Hey..... . A is pretty clear for the first one, but C is not totally correct for the second question.. . It depends on the nature of the contract, and the parties. The rule is that if the contract is MALUM IN SEE, that is "evil in nature", then "the court house doors are shut", and there is no remedy. A contract for murder for hire will not be enforced, and no remedy will be allowed in court.. . If the contract is MALUM PROHIBITUM, that is, not evil in nature, then restitution may be available, but it depends on the parties. If they both know of the illegality on formation, than no relief is afforded (in parlee diclicto), unless one is a protected party, any then they can get restitution. A contract in violation of child labor laws is an example of this: The child is a protected party and is entitled to restituion, even if they knew the contract to be illegal at formation.. . There are also contracts that become illegal after formation, then restitution is available.. .
