    Our Practice Areas

    Our practice concentrates on three areas: class actions, consumer law and unpaid overtime.

    Class actions

    Most customers lack the time and willpower to enforce their rights when they have been harmed by unfair business practices. By filing class action lawsuits on behalf of groups of injured consumers, we can hold these businesses accountable.

    Consumer law

    When a retailer engages in consumer fraud, a company does not honor its warranty or a creditor practices debt collection abuse, we will work to protect your rights.

    Unpaid overtime

    When you put in extra time to finish a job, you're entitled to overtime pay or compensatory time off for your effort. If your employer refuses to pay, we'll fight to obtain the compensation you're entitled to.

I know how to create forms for visitors to my site to fill out. I need to do something a little different though, I need to make a premade statement that people "sign" by filling out their name, emai, etc. You see these type of things ussually on stuff like online petitions. I know its basically a paragraph with the "form" at the bottom (the part where they fill out their info). But my question is how do I get the form to send them a copy of what they just signed? And to complictae things a bit more is there a way that the form can be modified by them?. . Example:. . I will be attending the event that takes place on (fill in blank) and I will take one guest, their name is (fill in blank). I will contribute by bringing the following: (fill in blank).. . {form} . Name:. email:. phone:. submit button. {form}

If he has no Will or Trust the the Intestacy Law North Carolina will determine who inherits and what percentage of the estate they inherit. There is no "default".". But keep in mind that if she is living there then she is the one taking care of him. She is the one taking him to the doctor, making certain that he takes his medications, cooking for him, and keeping the house clean. The other three may be self supporting, but are they "supporting" their Father. Do they take him to the doctor, do the laundry, go to the grocery store or the pharmacy? You would probably be surprised at how expensive it is to hire elder caregivers. It can run thousands of dollars per month. The other siblings do not realize the responsibility that she has.
