Litigation

Litigation

If you intend to split individually each of the estate's assets, which the will specifies to be split equally, equally, then you probably don't need a tax advisor.

How did the term "free will" first originate? Isn't it kind of stupid to add a "free" infront of will? Because obviously we have free will, because we can think and make choices and do stuff. So why did the term free will have to come up? Why not just call it will?. . It's like calling air "invisible air", which is redundent because obviously air is invisible. Just like it's redundant to call the will "free will" because obvious if we have a will we are free..

i don't mean the structure of the letter.. i need the body of the letter.. how to say it...?. . thanks.

However, if a week or two goes by and he has done nothing then I would send him a letter with a copy of the findings attached. Tell him you had hoped he would have done the right thing and made an offer of compensation but since he has not, you are now demanding compensation.. . First, demand that all his bills regarding the care of your dog be dropped. . Second, demand that follow up costs (cremation) be paid by him.. Third, demand that he pay you $500 so you can buy a new AKC registered dog.. . Then wait and see what happens. It is a relatively small amount and he may just pay it to settle the matter. Remember, unless your dog was an AKC champion that made big bucks on stud fees, even the best court is not going to say you had much of a financial loss so they are not going to give you a lot of money.
