Catholic School Registration Tax Form Question?

I trust a rattlesnake more than a lawyer.

Ok, I'll give you the answer to your question and a couple of tricks to make your letter appear completely real. First Obtain a copy of the declaration of independence,....look at the wording and the way it was lettered because it's old english. go buy a package of white parchment and then write your letter in the style of that document. I suggest you try this a few times: write the letter and sign it. make a pot of strong tea and place it in a spray bottle,.....after you've got the tea made and put in the bottle, spray the finished letter all over leaving the center of the letter less sprayed. Now take a piece of brown paper of a piece of linen cloth, place it over the wet letter and iron it. Pull the brown paper or linen off of it and see if some of the ink has come off. Now, tri-fold the paper as if it were a folded letter,....iron it again under the paper or linen and then unfold it and repeat the tea spray around the edges....cover it back up again and iron it. each time you re-spray it and re-iron it, the paper will begin to deteriorate, the lettering will slowly begin to come off and the paper will begin to become ragged....do this to your satisfaction and then present it folded. Now remember this, "people didn't put stuff in envelopes back then, they sealed the envelope with wax and a stamp......so the tri-fold would be offset a little on the back of the paper in the folding to allow for the wax stamp.........I've done this on many occasions for humorous letters and fraudulent arrest warrants that have humorous reasons listed like an arest warrant for a chicken thief or for fornication or for kissing another man's wife......you get the picture I'm sure......so try this out and see if it works for you. by the way, darkening around the edges is called "Foxing" which is a professioanl term used by experts inb the fields of literature and scripology. I'd suggest using a lettering pen with true black ink,....remember, the only ink available at that time was made from carbon black or lamp black or from walnut hulls boiled until the iodine came out from the hulls which was then boiled even more to reduce the content of water which leaves behind a very black ":Brownish" color that deteriorates int a light brownish yellow color...all those tricks will ake you really good at what you do.
