• VINCENT J. HANDAL, JR., who currently heads the Firm's Florida office, received his Bachelor of Arts (Summa Cum Laude) from Fordham University in 1984, and his Juris Doctor from Fordham University's School of Law in 1987. is it possible to edit your invitation cards?

1) 50-80 percent of the world has oral herpes (it's what causes cold sores) you can contract them during child hood from kissing relatives that have cold sores. If you don't have them all ready then you could get them to her with or with out a visible out break. She is more likely to give them to you while she has an out break.. . 2) Again if an out break isn't there then it's not likely but still slightly able to be passed. This is because of viral shedding which happens for a small number of days out of the year but it's usually undetectable and unpredictable. If she gives you oral sex while she has an out break of cold sores then she could pass them onto your genitals and vice versa.. . 3) Genital herpes (not vaginal herpes) can be passed with no out break and even if you use protection. It's not likely to happen but it can happen. Condoms don't protect all areas of the genitals that genital herpes can affect. If she has an out break out side of where the condom protects then she could still pass it on. Remember what I told you about viral shedding, the same can happen with genital herpes.

I answered your other question on this and see a new one. Stay away from a Trust Account at a bank cas taxes has to be paid on the money each year and the bank takes a big yearly fee for doing it. A Will does not protect one from creditors. The Executors has to pay all bills until the money has ran out. Your Atty will have it put in the paper for example any one having a claim against someone must do it in 60 days etc It will be you 3 kids to keep track of each bill and the money spent to pay bills or any incoming money. You should wait least a year before splitting the money to make sure all bills and taxes have been paid. All loans must be paid out of a Will. Im telling you this so maybe you can have your mom sign a note and have it notarized that you kids loaned her and dad $100,000 in the last 10 years etc. ( It could of been to help keep up the taxes and maintenace on the house or buy food etc, since alot of old people dont tell the kids they have money.) You would get that money right away from the Will when she died since it has to be paid up such as anything else as back taxes, etc. A note such as my 3 children Ted Tommy and Mary have loaned my husband and I $100,000 in the last 10 years to help us out and should be paid from my Estate upon my death immediately. A notary does not read a Contract or papers they get paid for just notarizing (or their proof) they watched someone sign something. You might get an Atty real quick to have a new Will drawn up and mention about the loan to your mother as I suggested/ A Will passes to who ever is Appointed of sound mind and willing to settle the Estate. Its best a Will be written right away where your mom and dad BOTH appoint you kids as their Power of Attorney now and Executor in the event of their deaths. Also get a Health Will where you kids have the right to pull the plug if your mom or dad is brain dead etc or the hospital will say you have no right so they can keep collecting money for just pumping air into them. You need something done fast for now cas a Will can always be changed again at anytime that you kids want. Hope this helps though its hard to understand at times.

Choosing to take your mother's name rather than your father's?

Is it a good idea to change my legal name (I know this is probably a stupid question, but I don't know anyone who has changed their names and just wanted to know if there are any complications or if it affects one in anyway (career, jobs, school, academics, travelling, etc...)???. . It will be great to hear from someone who has changed their name in Ontario, Canada. Even better of they are from Toronto.
