  • SFMS is a results-driven law firm that is focused on delivering the highest level of service possible to our worldwide clients. SFMS believes that approaching the representation of our clients with considered judgment and candor, as well as the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism and zeal possible, provides the best opportunity for our clients to achieve and exceed their goals in any given matter. At SFMS, we understand that it is best to approach any case, transaction, trial or other client challenge by obtaining a full understanding of the issues at hand and then engaging in strategic thinking, as well as hard work, to establish and then meet and exceed our clients' established goals. In our experience, courts and adversaries alike are more impressed with careful preparation and persuasive advocacy than the precipitous actions, bluff and bluster that all too often characterize the approach of others to legal representation and advocacy. At SFMS, we are motivated by and relish the opportunity to confront challenging issues. That is why we consider it a privilege to work together with our clients to meet and overcome such challenges.

The attorneys, other professionals and staff of SFMS are a diverse and accomplished group of individuals who enjoy the benefits of working in a collegial, team-oriented environment where they are able to devote their efforts to the Firm's paramount goal of excellent client service. The Firm's attorneys are virtually all alumni of larger law firms and have a keen understanding of the best way to work with and, where appropriate, oppose larger law firms, as well as the benefits of working in a more collegial, client and results driven environment in which all of the individuals that are part of SFMS work as a team.

The Firm maintains offices in the states of California, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. In addition to many federal courts throughout the United States, SFMS attorneys are admitted to practice law in the states of Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The Firm maintains a diverse practice and represents a variety of clients worldwide in legal disputes, transactions and other matters. Although most of SFMS's practice relates to litigation matters pending in federal and state courts the United States and many of these cases are handled on a contingent fee basis, as more fully detailed in the explanation of our practice areas, the Firm's attorneys have experience handling a wide variety of legal matters in a diverse array of different settings and forums. As a result, SFMS is able to deliver a breadth and level of legal services for clients that are more typically associated with larger law firms. In addition, we have developed relationships with a network of excellent lawyers and law firms throughout the world, including in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, other countries in North America, and South America, as well as in virtually every state in the United States, so that, when we are called upon to represent clients outside of the states in which we maintain offices, we are able to deliver prompt and effective representation for our clients.

Although superior client service is our overriding aim, at SFMS, we also are committed to approaching our practice in a socially responsible manner, while making meaningful contributions to support the communities in which we work and the world at large. We believe that we are privileged to represent our clients and that, with all privilege, comes responsibility. At SFMS, we seek to use our experience, knowledge and resources to promote the values of social justice and community service that we share and hold in high esteem. The Firm's attorneys regularly take pro bono assignments and pursue such work vigorously as part of our active practice. SFMS also provides significant support to a number of worthy charities and community organizations and virtually all of our people are actively involved in charitable, community and public service works.

Letter to the editor: ?Andrea Keene?s selective morality is once again showing through in her July 15 letter.

its a film made a few years ago... rom com.. where a man agrees to marry a woman but he has no best man for his wedding so he goes on lots of Man dates to try and find a best man and half of them turn out to be gay and start feeling him up and all sorts...looks hilarious but i cant remember what its called! Help!!.

Been married since October, but I don't know how to go about getting my last name changed. Where do I go? Who do I call? What paperwork do I need? I don't have any idea where to start. Any help would be great!.

Cheerleader Mom:. . Send a "debt validation letter" to these creeps. The statute of limitations has expired years ago and legally they can't take you to court or even report it to the credit bureaus. These collection companies will send these letters out on old debts they have purchased trying to see if they will get a response. If they get none after 30 days from the date they mailed it, then they report it to the credit bureaus. Here is a template of a letter you could use:.

what is the procedure to revoke a General power of attorny which is registerd..?
