How to copyright written work before posting it online.?

You will need to look for something like that in free templates that some sites may offer but not many offer them for free. Apart from that the only other way is by learning PHP and MySQL, you can get books that will teach you them stuff but for a someone who does not already know how to code it can be very complicated and confusing.

how do I retrieve a html form data?

    overpayment on tax credits.........?

I have decided to learn how to build a website of my own rather than using site builders and templates. I am unsure of whether to learn HTML (5?) or XHTML ... or for that matter, maybe I should be looking at XML?. . I know there are overlaps, and I know that XHTML is more rigid (but ultimately more stable) than HTML, but find it rather hard to locate any good (free) online resources in XHTML.. . Any advice on this would be great, thanks! Also, any links to good sites to learn a language would be appreciated :).
