My sister has been married to the father of her 3 year old for almost three months. Months after my niece was born, her husband who was her live in boyfriend at the time basically cleaned her out and disappeared. This man who is now 32 has 18 years of theft and burglary of habitation charges. He is a compulsive liar, a low life, and preys on women who are usually plus size and uses, cheats, and leaves them for broke. He pops back up in my sister and niece's life recently trying to reconcile and like a dummy my sister up and marries him. Four days after their nuptials he hops out of town to spend the holiday weekend with his homegirl. Upon his return my sister receives a personal message on Facebook from a woman questioning her about my sister's marriage status (my sister had posted a picture of her and her husband as well as changed her last name to his) and explains that she and my sister's husband had been dating for 16 months and he spent the holiday weekend with her and her family. My sister blocks the woman from her page which was odd to me. Then a month later a young woman shows up to my sister's apartment informing her that she too has been seeing her husband and is pregnant with his child. Not to mention has been in their bed with my sister's husband, but he swears he doesn't know how the young woman got their address. A week later my sister's husband appears in court for a current burglary of habitation case that he's been charged with( for breaking into yet another woman's house that he preyed on, but he swears he's innocent of) and gets arrested for probation violation for another burglary of habitation charge in another county. My sister later finds out that her hubby was still engaged to the woman from out of town when he married my sister(they'd had a date set along with reservations made for their ceremony). My sister claims that God told her to marry this man and believes He has a calling for him and forgives him for his infidelities, but how could she stay with a man who has done so much? She says jail has changed him because of God, but his ex-fiance said played the same Godly role when he was last in jail prior to her bonding him out and two months later he married my sister. I think he's running a game, but how do I get my sister to see this? The woman he was engaged to was the signer on his bond and my sister's hubby convinced her to contact the woman to get her help with getting her hubby out of jail and the woman declined and asked that she never contact her again and my sister thinks the woman is bitter, however the woman realized that this man is a sociopath and wants nothing to do with him. Because he is in jail her liability for the bond is protected so she is going on with her life, but my sister...I don't know what to do with. Can someone advise?.

A durable power of attorney is one that extends beyond incapactity... meaning, if for any reason, you are unable to make your own decisions, the Power of Attorney is still active, and that inidividual can still make decisions and act for you.. . If it's NOT durable... then, if you're disabled or unable to make your own decisions, the Power of Attorney ends.. . In the Power of Attorney, the agent owes the princiapl a "fiduciary" duty... which means it's the agent's job to act in a responsible manner... and he or she can be sued if he or she takes actions which are blatantly inapropriate, or for which authority wasn't granted in the POA.. . There are several types, beyond durable and non-durable including:. . General (which deals with real estate, bank accounts, and the like).. Healthcare (which deals with injuries or sickness).. Mental health (which deals with psychological treatment).

Trusts reduce estate taxes for married couples because they can be written to take advantage of joint ownership and the untaxed, unlimited transfer at death of assets from one spouse to the other.. .

Here's the whole story:. . I moved in with three other credit-worthy people 13 months ago. Our lease was originally for 6 months, to be renewed 6 months after the original signing date. Our landlords dragged their feet on renewing the lease because, two months after the original lease expired, they decided to tell us they were going bankrupt. They then informed us that the house in which we live would be owned by a bank which would contact us to collect rent for the rest of the lease term. The lease term is now expired, and we haven't yet moved from the premises because we haven't been contacted by any bank.

Cover letters shouldn't list what jobs you have done in the past, attach a separate resume. Making it too generic so you can send it to 15 different restaurants and hotels will not help differentiate you.. . Narrow it down to just a few, maybe 3. If you can't locate someone though your network that works or has worked there, go to each one and eat. Watch whatever you can and look for an opening to ask someone who works there about the company. Try to identify one or 2 specific things you can comment on about how their kitchen/servers interact, their menu or anything, either good things or things that could use improvement.. . Mention these specifics in your cover letter as well as write about a dish that you make or skills that you have that could help them make their current dishes faster. Even if your ideas are ones they have considered before they will know you put effort into the application and give it more consideration than the 50 generic form letters they got from everyone else.
