Hi, i need to apply for NI number and I require a printed unsuccessful application letter to show that im actively seeking work. Is there a company or a recruiting agency whom i can apply and they will send me a printed letter by post?.

Dear Mrs. Tyler

If the original power of attorney has an expiry date, there is no need to revoke it - it automatically becomes null and void on that date.. . If you want to revoke an enduring power of attorney or any other power of attorney before it expires, you have to issue a revocation.. . Be sure to give copies of the revocation to interested third parties such as a deeds office, bank etc.. . The site listed below has free power of attorney forms and a revocation form.

I?ve always had excellent credit. My chiropractor recently went bankrupt and his office closed. All his billing records were turned over to a collection agency. This agency decided that I owed hundreds of dollars. I sent them photocopies of the receipts showing that in fact I paid all my bills as they came due. They are not buying it, apparently because they don?t know how to read and interpret a ?Provider Explanation of Benefits? form. I find this astonishing. They said they put a black mark on my credit and I believe it because now I am getting junk phone calls from people who say they want to help me improve my credit by having me take out a loan and repay it. I?m not going to do that. My question is--how do I remove the black mark? Please don?t just say ?Contact the credit agencies.? What are they and how do I do that? How do I present my case? Also, I want to avoid inadvertently getting enrolled in some program that will cost me money each month. Thanks for your help.

Our grandmother stole everything from our father's estate - we were the sole heirs. I live in NY - my sister lives in SC - my grandmother in Arizona- the estate was in DC.. In which courts can we sure in other words what court would have jurisdiction. I. Thanks! It has gone through probate - and is still open 18 years later! We just found out about it still being open 3 years ago. She stole everything - transfered his shares into her own name- and now has hired to very expesniive lawyers who claim they represent the estate and not my sister and I ( who are the estate's sole heirs) Judge is so corrupt as well. Refuses to listen to me or my witnesses ( inculding people in my father's company who know my grandmother recieved all the money) Plus she hid the money from the IRS! Thanks for your inputs!.

I am excited about the opportunity to join the ABCD team as it moves to the center of the print media conversation. Thank you for your time and consideration.
