In most states, you can't change a child's name without consent and agreement of both parents (even if both parents weren't consented at the time of naming). It sucks, but that's how it is.. . Not having the same last name as your child isn't terrible. My husband and I have different last names and we have a son with his last name and are expecting a daughter soon who will have my last name. I realize this is different because we agreed what name our kids will have, but the end result is the same: I don't have the last name my son has. I have never once been questioned about my marital status, nor have I been questioned as to whether I can legally consent to medical treatment on his behalf. People are a lot more accepting than you might think about kids having different last names than one (or both) of their parents.

a will is set up by the father it has (2) trusts (a) & (b) then some of the other properties have the mother as the owner. when father passes DOES IT MEAN THAT ANY PROPERTY THAT DID'NT HAVE MOTHERS NAME is split 50-50 between(a&(b trust?????. tell me details.

Hi all, I want to volunteer for a billing & coding position in an office type setting. I have no prior experience with this particular position. However, I will be attending school for it in March. I want to volunteer while going to school in hopes of getting my foot in the door, as well as gaining hands on experience. I used to do a physically demanding medical job but can no longer do that type of work as I got injured. So now I'm trying to change my career path slightly. Everyone needs to start somewhere. With that being said, that's the main reason in why I want to volunteer while going to school. Most hospitals, etc.., require that you have at least 1-2 years of experience doing this line of work. I don't, so I need to be as persuasive as possible. Any suggestions in how I should write the cover letter to sound, ''persuasive'' ? Sorry, but I am not great with this type of stuff, or else I wouldn't be on Yahoo.

the salvaged materials were sold for $1,708. Additional expenditures before construction began included $1,251 attorney's fee for work concerning the land purchase, $5,543 real estate broker's fee, $8,335 architect's fee, and $14,587 to put in driveways and a parking lot..

Help with writing a resume/cover letter?

unethical behavior can get you blackballed from an industry or fired from your job or both. If you get paid for something you are ethically bound to provide the service agreed upon as well as legally. If you are not honest, ethical and trustworthy in business, your business will fail. Therefore, you cannot exaggerate terms and conditions, lie about what will happen or products involved both in quality and volume.. . In "Business" if you lose the "GoodWill" of your customers or if your business loses its reputation, you will soon fail.. . So, in answer to your question, yes it is true and I have given you examples of ethical and legal responsibilities.
