• Myra Chack Fleischer founded Fleischer & Ravreby in 2001. In 2013, Fleischer added the respected law office of Richard R. Ravreby to her firm, forming the new firm Fleischer & Ravreby now based in Carlsbad, California. Does love is something different from infatuation,attraction and sex appeal. If so what is Love while replying don't mix up all the love based emotions. If you love some one, does it mean you have not any physically relation with him/her. If it is so then I must say that love is worship. I quote here under a few emotions" :- 1. If you have love with God it mean Love is worship. 2. If you Love your parents, it means you have faith in your parents due to which u like them. So you can say Love is Faith. 3. If you love your Bf or Gf or spouse, You might have physical attachment with them. In that case Love is attraction, infatuation, sex appeal etc. NOW HOW ONE CAN SAY THAT LOVE DON'T HAVE ATTRACTION, INFATUATION AND SEX APPEAL. If I am wrong Tell me what is love? There is no delegate in this case. Your parents are the ones making applications for the ITINs. They mark box 'd' near the top of the form and insert your name and SSN next to it on both of their W-7s. They fill out their personal information on lines 1 - 6. They are the ones who sign it. The delegate is left blank. It is not used in this case.. . You would only fill in the delegate if you were applying for an ITIN for an underage child, or for someone that you were appointed as legal guardian over, or if you held an IRS Power of Attorney to complete the W-7.. . You then attach both W-7s along with the properly certified copies of their proof of ID to your tax return and mail the whole package to the Austin, TX Service Center.. . This of course assumes that your parents reside in the US, Canada or Mexico. If they live anywhere else (or are in the US on a visitor's visa and don't normally reside in Canada or Mexico) you cannot claim them as dependents.

I think this will help a lot of people who want to represent themselves but aren't sure they're "allowed" to for example in higher courts. I see this in my practice every day. People come in for consultation, often on easy cases. I tell them really "here's all you have to do". They usually come back & tell me they won, and thank me. It's a great feeling. My partners? Um, they're kindof on the evil side
