  • Myra Chack Fleischer has been a practicing law in San Diego since 1996. Prior to moving to San Diego and beginning law school, she worked for 10 years as an accountant in public accounting and then as the controller of an international mid-sized software company. Today, Myra has her own Family Law firm that focuses on areas such as property, custody and support, agreements, mediation, assets and violence and abuse.

Myra and her husband, Charlie, moved to San Diego in 1993 with their then 9 month old son and Myra began Law School. Shortly after receiving her degree within 3 years and growing her family to 3 children, she passed the California bar exam. During that same time, Myra won the American Jurisprudence Award for Federal Taxation.

Initially, following law school, Myra worked for a sole practitioner doing civil litigation with a focus in Family Law and in September 2001 she opened her own firm concentrating on a specialty in Family Law. One of the key reasons she succeeds in this arena is her unique background mix in accounting and business, as well as her belief in the advocacy of children to the sensitive practice of domestic law.

In her eight years of practice, Myra has skillfully guided hundreds of clients through the emotional and financial upheaval of a Family Law case. In many situations, she has successfully avoided court driving settlement of assets through mediation.

Myra is also a large contributor to the San Diego community. She is actively involved in the school systems, as well as other legal volunteer roles. In fact, in 2003, Myra was awarded the Wiley .W Manual Pro Bono Services Award for her volunteer efforts though the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program.

Myra thinks of herself as more than an attorney. "It is important I be a friend to the person going through a divorce, custody dispute, etc.", Myra states. She adds, "Going though a divorce is in some ways harder than dealing with the death of a loved one. People need to know it is going to get worse before it gets better. My job is to make the hard parts simple on the legal side, so they can focus on their own healing and moving on with their lives."

Utilizing a title company could prevent possible legal problems in the future.. . Please use a title company and not an attorney or notary for this transaction.. . For any tax consideration, or legal matters about the property, you should consult with your tax consultant or attorney.. . Though a quit claim deed is legal, once signed, notarized as well as recorded in the county where the property is located, this might be challenged when and if the property changes hands again or if you would want to refinance the property... . I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.. . "FIGHT ON"

I need help writing a business letter.?

I need a free good website creator?

I gave information to nonprofit agency. I felt I was doing the right thing. I was not told that I would need to travel 15 miles from my home now to meet with an attorney to resubmit my complaint. When I inquired as to why was this necessary? The receptionist was a little antsy and told me that there could be no investigation unless I meet with some attorney. Why was this not told to me a week prior? I was asked detailed information the week prior over the telephone and now Im being asked to meet with an attorney, no charge. Is this necessary?.

. BTW I am an atheist but i am curious to how a christian's mind works. I had to read the bible for class.. Also why do christian people(these people are members of a christian group) that i have never met before come up to me and ask if i want to join their group so i can improve relationship with god? I am an atheist but they do not know..
