If something should happen to him, knock on wood, and he has debt, am I responsible to pay it off?. . I'm in Canada.. He is lucid but his memory has been affected. Can't remember much of anything he does, that is why I am taking over his finances. Paying bills, etc. For me to file for bankruptcy, I 've been told by that I need to be a POA and show prrof with a document. Where do I get that from ? A lawyer?.

Testing isn't just about being able to choose abortion if something is wrong. It's about empowerment and education and preparation. I don't want any delivery room surprises. I want to have time to mentally and emotionally prepare before my child arrives. To educate myself, to see specialists, to determine if there are special needs my child will have at the time of delivery so I can choose somewhere better prepared to deliver my child. To have time to think about creating an advance healthcare directive for my child if the prognosis is poor and he/she is not likely to survive long after birth, etc. Or, yes, it would allow me to have the choice to abort if it came down to that.. . No test is perfect, and these screening tests only measure levels of risk, and further complete genetic testing is necessary to confirm the presence of genetic conditions for the purpose of actual diagnosis (amniocentesis). There are some conditions where the prognosis is very cut and dry and there is not a wide variety in outcomes. There are some conditions where you can get a diagnosis but you don't always know exactly how badly your baby is affected until they are born, or until they are years old. Yes, there is some degree of uncertainty. But generally speaking, having the choice and option available to have that information is a great thing to have.

I am considering starting a business and would like to know the least requirements for starting a business. What is needed at the state level and what is needed at the federal level. Also what forms would be needed. Is LLC required or can you start business without going LLC. The man purpose for going into a business is for liability reasons. To shift the liability to the business and not myself as an individual. I will be the sole owner of business and starting out will be the only one working.
