Hello my fiance and I are planning on getting married soon but he wants to change his last name ( ex. alex Smith Jones) lets say that's his legal last name but he wants to change it to have his stepdad's last name as a middle name (ex. Alex t. Smith) when we get married I am planning on changing my last name for his new one...my question is can we both make the changes when we get married or does he has to change it before the wedding and then I get his new last name when we get married? I don't know and this is really important can you please let me know how it is? Serious answers only plaza. Thanks.

1) Business Bank Statement. . 2) HMRC letter with VAT registration number on it. . 3) Invoice from another supplier with your business details on it. . 4) Business utility bill

Create a memorandum of agreement containing the terms that you want then affix your signatures in that agreement with the presence of a witness or better yet a lawyer to notarize the memorandum of agreement. Search for samples online.

Basically, if something were to happen to your dad, you would have 4 legitimate options:. . 1) Withdraw savings/investment to cover expenses (these would likely be taxed upon withdrawal, so it wouldn't be as much as the value on your statement, plus given the hardtimes on the economy, I can assume with a very high degree of certainty that if those savings are invested in anything other than a savings account, you'd probably be withdrawing them for a loss). . 2) Sell assets to cover the costs. This would include selling the house (again possibly taxed as a capital gain, or selling possibly at a loss so the take away money will be less than anticipated, depending where you live in Ont. and whether you area has been hit as bad as much of Ont.'s economy has been hit), vehicles, etc.. . 3) Mom declares bankruptcy. Just like the bankruptcy piece on Wheel of Fortune, you lose everything including that great trip or car and start over again from scratch

IRS, Major Financial Planning Firms, Estate Planning, to name a few

But I'll do my best to help you out.. . Ok, for your cover letter the first thing you need to do is address the letter to "Sir or Madame" (assuming you don't know the hiring person's name).. . Then start your letter with an opening paragraph that describes how you heard about the job opening, and why you think you would be an excellent fit for the position. For Example:. . "At the suggestion of Jody Sabo, I have attached my r?sum? for your review. I understand that Huntmore is looking for an exceptional sales person to prospect for new business, and I believe I am just the person you are looking for.". . or. . "I am writing in response to the postings on the firm?s website for business/tax associate attorneys. Having recently graduated from law school and been admitted to the State Bar of Utah I am seeking an opportunity to begin my career in the legal profession.". . Then the next paragraph should give a brief overview of your background and how you arrived at where you are today. For Example:. . "As a sales and service representative with proven skills and performance, I am confident my qualifications and background will be of interest to you. The enclosed r?sum? summarizes more than seven years of experience in both face-to-face sales, and behind-the-scenes work to meet customer satisfaction. In each of my positions I have quickly surpassed the expectations of my employers and customers to create a superior level of quality service. Characteristics that have contributed to my. success are:...". . Then a third and final paragraph should thank them for their time, and encourage them to contact you at your convenience.. . Overall, this letter should be no more than one page long. You should have a header at the top to match your resume header (so it should have your name in large print, address, phone number, and email address). And MAKE SURE YOU PROOFREAD! After you proofread, give it to a friend or family member for them to proofread! Spelling, coherence, and grammar are all vital in helping you to get the job.. . Good luck, and I hope this helps!
