  • Your Slingshot

It's a David and Goliath situation. When you're in debt, the creditors are Goliath with all the power, and you feel there's nothing you can do to stop them. We can stop them. It's the same with the insurance companies in a personal injury suit, or your employer in a discrimination or harassment case. You need a lawyer who can fight on your behalf in the legal system. You need a slingshot.

Our Fayetteville attorneys have more than 90 combined years of experience helping people just like you in the legal system. Hamilton, Burgess, Young & Pollard, P.L.L.C. has a proud tradition in West Virginia.

    Experience | Client-Centered Focus | Effective Representation

We are a different kind of law firm that emphasizes:

Experience: We have a lot of trial experience, especially in car wrecks, coal mining accidents and other personal injury cases. At a time when most attorneys do not have trial experience, this is a great benefit to our clients.Client-centered focus: Rather than simply help our clients with their coal truck and timber truck wreck cases and then never see them again, we much prefer building long-term relationships with our clients. We want to be your all-purpose legal solution for all of the different legal needs that come up in you and your family's life, like starting a business or closing on your home loan.Effective representation: We have a reputation for getting excellent results for our clients. When people come into our office devastated and ready to file bankruptcy, we literally help turn their lives around. Some people come in broke, feeling like dead beats, and leave feeling like substantial citizens again. This is why we do what we do.

lawyer Jed R. Nolan - Princeton, WV Reviews

One of the things that helped fuel this huge run up of prices in the housing market was that everyone who had a pulse could get a loan. Now that banks realized that giving money away like it was air is a bad thing the loans have dried up. This dried up the number of people out there looking for property. Less demand. Secondly, there were a ton of people who bought properties with the intent to flip them. Again, these people added to the demand for houses. These people are gone. Less demand.

Yes, in fact it's $5 mil for an individual, and up to $10 million for couples, WITH proper planning.

I didn't sign a Model Release Form?

my ss card was stolen and now i have to get a new card, does anyone know, what the ss department do? Do they flag the number? and what happens when I want to get credit? help........

As far as the accuracy of the information....no, nobody cares or checks. if its accurate. You could just make up everything and they have no way. of knowing. Just fill in the blanks..that's all they care about. Remember, it's just a bunch of low paid bureaucrats taking. these forms and entering the information into computers. They couldn't. care less if the information makes sense or is consistent. But, of course,. by signing the form and attesting to the accuracy of the information, you. are putting yourself at risk (minimal) for being fined if someone decides . you have pissed-off so many people at the census agency and they want to teach you a lesson.

Contact the Small Business Administration.. See if they have a local group of SCORE executives that can advise you.
