  She qualified in 1994 after obtaining a joint degree in law and Spanish. Part of her studies included studying Spanish law at Madrid University and Sarah has a special interest in dealing with estates with a foreign element.

  Sarah’s favorite aspect of her work is meeting clients. Or is it not necessary. I was handed an application which I have got home to fill out. I do have a resume with prior jobs. And I guess if I add a resume, a cover-letter might also be needed as they go together. This is for a retail job (B&N bookstore).. . Also, if you feel I can add it, how should I attach it to the app. Would a paper-clip be okay to bind all 3 pages. Is there another better way? And would it look better if I have it all in an envelope? Or is it too much.. . Thanks guys.. I want to give them a bit more than they might expect, but I don't want to go over-board either..

I am renting a home from my parents. I could not afford the rent alone, so I asked a friend to move in. The lease has been up for 6 months and we have not renewed it. But, our lease stated that if we continued to live there after it was up that we could give the landlord 30 days notice when we wanted to move. After living with my roommate for awhile it is apparent that we should not live together. So can I ask her to leave even though we don't have a lease?.
